Acknowledgment of Volunteer Policies
Thank you for agreeing to serve as a DOVES’ Network Volunteer/Intern!
Before participating in any DOVES Network (DOVES NETWORK) in-person presentations, digital programs, or events, each DOVES Network Volunteer/Intern (and parent/guardian if the Volunteer/Intern is under 18) must review the DOVES Network Digital Media Policy, the DOVES Network Volunteer/Intern Media Release and Consent, and the DOVES NETWORK Volunteer/Intern Conduct Standards and initial and sign via electronic signature to confirm receipt and agreement. These documents are intended to ensure that proper standards are adhered to, appropriate consents and permissions are obtained, and intellectual property and other interests of DOVES Network and its youth are protected.
DOVES Network Digital Media Policy
Summary: The DOVES Network Digital Media Policy sets forth expectations and standards for interactions among users of DOVES Network digital platforms, including DOVES Network Volunteer/Intern and DOVES Network youth. The Policy addresses conduct standards for online learning, digital interactions involving students, use of personal social media, unauthorized use of photos and videos, and use of official DOVES Network profiles.
DOVES Network Volunteer Media Release & Consent
Summary: DOVES Network Volunteer/Intern Media Release and Consent authorizes DOVES Network to use your name, image, and likeness as a DOVES Network Volunteer/Intern. You are also agreeing to grant DOVES Network a license to use any materials or content you create and/or supply as a DOVES’ Network Volunteer/Intern for DOVES Network's use with its programs, and you are confirming that such materials do not infringe or violate the rights of anyone else.
DOVES Network Volunteer Conduct Standards
Summary: DOVES Network Volunteer/Intern Conduct Standards set forth the conduct and behavior expectations DOVES Network has of all DOVES Network Volunteers/Interns. These standards exist to ensure that DOVES NETWORK volunteers/Interns maintain healthy and appropriate relationships with DOVES Network youth, parents, and community partners and protect the integrity of DOVES Network's programs. As part of the standards, you agree not to claim ownership or other rights in work projects created by or with youth in connection with your volunteer/intern service. Lastly, you certify that you have never been charged with any violent crime or crime involving minors.
